We’ve got over 60 years’ paraplanning experience within our team, and we’ve all previously worked as in-house paraplanners, so we’ve seen the paraplanning role from both sides. We’re keen to help paraplanners to progress in the role, which is why we get actively involved in initiatives including the PFS Paraplanner Panel, the Paraplanner StandardTM and the Paraplanner Assembly.
Consultancy work
We undertake all sorts of consultancy work on a project basis. Previous training and consultancy work has included:
- Training new paraplanners on how to write great Suitability Reports
- Producing template Suitability Reports for product providers
- Drafting template Suitability Reports for firms
- Reviewing report design and content
- Reviewing approaches to compliance
- Assessing AI and how it can be used to improve processes and consumer outcomes
