Process

We aim to be flexible in our working style and will try to meet your needs, whatever they may be. For each case we will ask you to provide:

  • A brief (we can provide a form to help).
  • A copy of the completed fact find and any relevant meeting notes.
  • Details about your client’s risk profile.
  • For replacement business, information on any relevant existing pensions or investments.
  • Any research completed to date.
  • Any illustrations completed to date.

We prefer not to send personal data via email due to the inherent security risks. Instead, we will provide access to a secure online document storage area, so you can be assured your clients’ data is being protected. You will be able to upload relevant documents using a simple and secure process. 

We will then check the documentation received and confirm receipt.

We will confirm the price for each case to you before work commences. Please refer to our Fee Schedule, which is available on request.

Once we complete your case, you will receive an email letting you know the work is ready for collection. You simply log-in to your secure area and download the documents.

We will be happy to make minor changes at no extra cost, although changes to advice may incur an extra charge depending on the work involved.
